Since 1988, Kingsport’s ShowTime has captivated audiences with a high-energy musical varitey performances. ShowTime is a unique family-oriented musical entertainment presentation performed by a local, community cast of 120 adults, teens, and children. The performances include popular music, exciting Broadway hits,time-honored country music favorites, traditional gospel medleys,inspirational contemporary praise hymns, fast-paced rock and roll, spirited patriotic tunes, and special Christmas performances. Each ShowTime performance is an original theme-styled production produced by founder, Louise Bailey Dickson, a Kingsport native,and co-directed with Clark Parker, vocal director and musical arranger. The multi-talented Elizabethon native, Melissa Woods, is the Associate Director.
